Hacker shop spotted at Room 2 FM mzcwV

I went to FM to see any shop selling my items and I saw one shop, IGN: mzcwV selling a blue bazura, which is exactly the same as the one I'm wearing previously. He also selling the Purple Snow Board which has the same stat as Aranity is using (a clean one without scroll), selling 3 Super Snow Board (I have a lot of SSB in my character and storage characters).
This is the same PSB that my Aranity is currently using.

I have > 5 SSB sitting in every storage character, but now, all gone by the wind with the hacker.

I still couldn't find this item in any shop. (SSB+5, STR 5, WA 95, 2 slots left)

I Tio Hacked... 21 characters

My last login date is Tuesday 30/3/2010, where I login to participate in the Maple Online Treasure Hunt contest to capture screenshot with the npc at Kerning City and share with ARAN002@live.com.
After that, there was server check, SG Gateway down, Urgent Server Restart on 31/3/2010. I didn't login on that day.


I login back today at 7.00pm 1/4/2010 and found out that all my characters have been hacked. All equipments, mesos and storage items was gone. Even my Maple CASH was being used (Pink Bunny Visor - 3K, Heart Ribbon Gloves - 3.5K, Suit of Darkness 6.5K, Race Queen Boots 4K, Bouquet => total >17K) on ShePriest character. I remember I have maple cash of 2x,xxx and now it just have a balance of 2910.

I never share account with anyone, I'm a single user, I never play in LAN shop, only play at my home and have 1st and 2nd password set. Everytime I login 2nd pwd, I'm using the keyboard UI screen, no typing on the keyboard.

I request for help and urgent attention to trace back the logs and recover back the accounts that got hacked as all this characters are played by myself alone and I've spend more than 2 years time, effort and money on this game. I really enjoy playing Maple and with the hacking happening, I'm not able to train as usual as my scrolled items all have been thrown away/stolen by the hacker.

Please help to provide support and if more information is needed, I'm willing to help in doing the tracing. I have knowledge of programming and SQL database handling and will be willing to offer help if needed.

Tracing back logs would be after the server check on 31/3/2010 until today 1/4/2010 7.00pm.

Total item losses are huge as I have 21 characters got hacked.Estimated to be worth over 1 Billion meso + items (like owl mask, dex dog nose, super snowboard, scrolled dragon
staff, and many more).

Login screen when I login... OMG ShePriest is all dressed up. The hacker has spend my ACash on cash items. My other characters all naked.

All my equip items were thrown / taken away. My Blue Bazura scrolled was taken and left with this clean Bazura.

My Targa and Scar Helm was thrown as well. Notice this Pink Bunny Visor was available after the server check and cash shop update on 31/3/2010. Sad...
